JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State -respondents.

(2.) THIS writ petition has been filed challenging an order dated 12.12.2014 passed by the respondent no. 2. This order has been passed on a Misc application filed by the petitioners claiming the benefit of Section 122 -B (4 -f) of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act and by the order impugned the claim of the petitioners have been turned down.

(3.) THE claim of the petitioners have very long and checkened history. It appears that the father of the petitioners was found to be in illegal occupation of the land in question.
