JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Smt. Sangeeta Chandra, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel and Sri Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 1.

(2.) WITH the consent of the parties, the matter has been heard and is being disposed of.

(3.) THE brief facts of the case are that respondent no. 1 was a Constable and his services have been terminated for the reasons stated in the punishment order dated 23.3.2008. Against the said order, respondent no. 1 filed appeal, which has been dismissed vide order dated 29.5.2008, which has been served upon the respondent no. 1 on 26.6.2008, against which, he filed Writ Petition No. 28811 of 2008. The said writ petition has been disposed of on 29.1.2010 with the following observations:
