JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Amit Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant, and Sri N.I. Jafri for the C.B.I.

(2.) This is a second bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this court on 18.7.2014 by the following order :-

(3.) The said order was passed keeping in view the observations made by the Court in relation to the same applicant in a different case crime number but of the NRHM scam itself in Bail Application No.33477 of 2012 that was rejected vide order dated 6.5.2014 and is on record.
