(2.) THIS revision is directed against the order dated 11.03.2015 passed by the Court of Iind Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar rejecting the discharge.

(3.) THE revisionists no.1 is a husband, (2) mother -in -law, (3) father -in -law, (4) Grand father, (5) Grand mother and (6) Sister -in -law (nanad), who are facing trial in Case Crime no.32 of 2014 under Sections 498 -A, 323 IPC and 3 / 4 D.P. Act, P.S. Badalpur, District Gautam Budh Nagar.
