JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS bench has been nominated to hear the present matter because the presiding Hon'ble Judge of the Division Bench hearing this review petition has since retired.

(2.) WHEN the case was called out none appeared for the petitioner though the name of two learned counsel has been shown in the cause list nor any mention has been made on their behalf.

(3.) THE learned additional chief standing counsel appearing for the state informs that Shri Indu Prakash Singh advocate had filed this review petition seeking a review of the order dated 09 -05 -2013 in writ petition no 643 SB of 2013 and subsequently Shri Ajay Pratap Singh advocate has been appearing in this matter, but as per the record neither of the two learned counsel has put appearance in the matter since the past several dates.
