JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present writ petition has been filed by petitioner Praveen Kumar Tripathi under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with the prayer to issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari, quashing impugned order dated 26.4.2014 passed by respondent no. 3 (Annexure 1 to the petition). Further prayer has been made to issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing respondent no. 3 to pay salary to the petitioner from the date of joining, i.e. 20.2.2014.

(2.) PARTIES have already filed affidavits.

(3.) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well learned counsel for respondent no. 4 and learned Standing Counsel for respondents no. 1, 2 and 3.
