JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Manoj Kumar Yadav appearing for the respondent no. 6, Gaon Sabha, and the learned Standing Counsel for the State -respondents.

(2.) THIS petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the orders dated 28.10.2014 passed by the Sub -Divisional Officer, Jamania, District Ghazipur, (the SDO) and the order dated 25.11.2014 passed by the Addl. Commissioner -II, Varanasi Division, Varanasi.

(3.) THE facts of the case, briefly stated, are that on an application filed by the petitioner he was granted the benefit of section 123(1) of the UP Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act (the Act) by the SDO vide his order dated 4.8.2008.
