JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Kamal Krishna, Ram Singh Yadav and Manoj Kumar learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.

(2.) The applicants has applied for bail in Case Crime No. 129 of 20035 under Sections 7/13 (2) Prevention of Corruption Act, P.S. Adampur District Varanasi.

(3.) From the perusal of the record, it appears that in the present case, the F.I.R. was lodged by Sri Raghvendra Singh Dy. S.P. Vigilance department, Varanasi on 14.5.2005 at 12.05 P.M. at police Station Adampur District Varanasi, in respect of an incident which had occurred on 14.5.2005 at 8.10 A.M.
