MAHMOOD Vs. BHULLAN & ANR.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) REVISION No. 56 of 2002-2003 has filed by Mahmood against the order dated 3-7-2003 passed by the Additional Collector Muzaffarnagar in case No. 18 of 2002 under Rule 115-P of the U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Rules. Revision No. 69 of 2002- 2003 has been filed by Faizuddin and three others against the same order. By the in impugned order, the Additional Collector cancelled the allotments for Abade sites made in favour of Faizuddin, Smt. Rajesh, Mahmood, Mausam Ali and Niyazuddin.

(2.) AS similar question of fact and law are involved for consideration in both the revisions and parties also agree, both the revisions are decided by a common order.

(3.) I have heard the learned Counsels for the parties and have perused the record.
