JUDGEMENT

(1.) RATAN Singh has filed this revision against the judgment dated 24-8-1994 passed by Additional Commissioner, Meerut Division.

(2.) I have heard the learned Counsel for the parties and have gone through the records of the case carefully.

(3.) WITHOUT expressing any opinion the orders under consideration are set aside and the case is remanded back to the Collector Saharanpur for fresh decision according to the provisions laid down under the Act after affording an opportunity of hearing to both the parties. Revision disposed of.
