JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Umesh Chandra Singh, learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.

(2.) The applicant Shakti Singh involved in Case Crime No. 236 of 2004 under sections 363/366/376, I.P.C., P.S. Satrikh, District Barabanki has prayed for bail.

(3.) The applicant is named in the F.I.R. He is said to have enticed away minor daughter of the complainant on the alleged date of incident. The prosecutrix was recovered by the police after a period of one month from date of kidnapping. She was medically examined and her age was found to be 16 years.
