(2.) IT is submitted by learned Counsel for the applicant that in the present case the applicant was released on bail, but due to some unavoidable circumstances the applicant could not appear in the Court. He undertakes that he will appear in the Court regularly till the conclusion of the trial. The applicant is in jail since 26-9-2005.
