JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS revision has been filed against the order dated 8-11-2004 passed by the SDO, Dhampur in suit No. 9/17-604, under Section 198(4) ZA & LR Act.

(2.) AN application has been moved by Dharmpal on 28-3-2005 with the prayer to implead him as party. After hearing the learned counsels for revisionists as well as Dharmpal, the impleadment application is allowed.

(3.) THE learned counsel for Dharampal argued that during the consolidation proceedings plot No. 32 which originally belonged to one Rakesh was allotted to Dharampal and plot No. 100 which belonged to Dharampal was given to Gaon Sabha. Against this order of D.D.C., Rakesh filed a writ petition in which the Hon'ble High Court has ordered not to dispossess the petitioners from the land in dispute, hence he argued that the order passed by the SDO is correct and revision should not be allowed.
