JUDGEMENT

(1.) Pleadings are complete and the learned counsel for the parties agree that this petition may be disposed off finally under the Rules of the Court.

(3.) This writ petition is directed against an award of the labour court dated 19.11.2003 published on 23.3.2004 by which the respondent workman has been granted the promotional pay scale of Rs.570-1100 corresponding revised scale of Rs.1400-2600.
