JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri V.D. Ojha learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.

(2.) Though the case has been taken up in revised list no one appeared on behalf of respondent No. 4 nor any counter affidavit has been filed.

(3.) This petition arises out of proceedings under Sec. 12 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act (for short the Act).
