(1.) RAKESH Sharma, J. Heard Sri Umesh Chandra Singh, learned Counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) THE grievance of the petitioner is that her husband who was working as Pump Attendant in Nagar Palika Parishad, Nawabganj had died on 17-5-2003, while in service. THE petitioner has not been paid leave enchashment, arrears of pension, gratuity, insurance and provident fund etc. despite representations submitted to the appropriate authorities of the Nagar Palika Parishad.
