JUDGEMENT

(1.) INSPITE of time being granted, no counter- affidavit has been filed by the respondents.

(2.) THE petitioner applied for being appointed as a "anganbari" worker alongwith all the requisites documents. However, respondent No. 3 was selected even though her High School certificate was found to be forged. THE petitioner approached the respondent No. 2 through representation dated 10-12-2002 but yet the respondent No. 3 is continuing and the claim of the petitioner has not been considered.
