JUDGEMENT

(1.) By means of the present writ petition, filed under Art. 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 30.10.2002, passed by the District Magistrate, Hamirpur, respondent No. 2 in case No. 3 of 1992 under Sec. 6-A of the Essential Commodities Act. The petitioner further seeks a writ of Mandamus commanding the respondents to release the price of 100 bags 'Matter' deposited in treasury within a month.
