JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri S.S. Shukla learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.

(2.) This application is filed by the applicant with a prayer that he may be released on bail in case crime no. 148 of 2004, under Section 307 I.P.C. and Section 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, P.S. Lalauli, Fatehpur.

(3.) From the perusal of the record it reveals that in the present case the F.I.R. was lodged by Sri Purushottam Yadav at the police station Lalauli on 31.10.2004 at 9.40 p. m. in respect of the incident which had occurred on 31.10.2004 at 7.00 p.m.
