JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the learned counsel for the parties at length.

(2.) BY the present writ petition the petitioners have prayed for a writ of certiorari quashing the orders dated 21-2-2003 and 31-12-2003 passed by the respondent no. 1 and order dated 6-10-2001 passed by the respondent no. 3.

(3.) THE respondent no. 4 preferred a revision before the Additional Chief Revenue Commissioner challenging the order dated 27-8-2002, which was allowed by the respondent no. 1 vide im pugned order dated 31-12-2003. Feel ing aggrieved the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners.
