JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and perused the affidavit and the other documents available on record.

(2.) This revision has been directed against the order dated 30.8.1984 passed by II Additional Munsif Magistrate Mirzapur in Criminal Misc. Case No. 320 of 1992 under Sec. 125 Criminal Procedure Code, granting interim maintenance allowance to opposite party at the rate of Rs. 300.00 per month till the disposal of the application under Sec. 125 of Criminal Procedure Code, for herself and her daughter.

(3.) The revisionist did not dispute his marriage with the opposite party although its validity has been half heartedly assailed. The paternity of the girl has also not been assailed.
