JUDGEMENT

(1.) NOTICE of this petition on behalf of the opposite parties has been accepted by Sri Ashok Nigam. He prays for and is allowed six weeks time to file a counter affidavit. The petitioner shall have thereafter two weeks time to file a rejoinder affidavit.

(2.) IN the meantime truck No. UTU- 9908 TATA TDV shall be released subject to the condition that whenever it is required by the custom authorities its shall be produced by the petitioner.
