JUDGEMENT

(1.) Counter affidavit, filed today by learned A.G.A., annexing therewith the final report, is taken on record.

(2.) Heard Sri Rajesh Kr. Verma, learned counsel for the petitioners, Ms. Zulekha Begum, Advocate holding brief of Sri Mohd. Waseem, learned counsel for the informant and Sri P.K. Jaiswar, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.

(3.) The present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned F.I.R. dtd. 22/6/2024, registered as Case Crime No.218 of 2024, under Ss. 147, 452, 323, 504, 506, 427 I.P.C., P.S. Prem Nagar, District Bareilly.
