(3.) The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Complaint Case No. 2807 of 2020, under Ss. 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC, Police Station Jahangirabad, District Bulandshahr, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail.
