JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and Sri Ghufran Hussain, learned Counsel for the complainant and perused the record.

(2.) The applicant, Ajay Kumar seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.159 of 2021, under Ss. 376, 302 IPC and Sec. 5/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Safdarganj, District Barabanki.

(3.) This is the second bail application. The first bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dtd. 16/11/2021 passed in Bail No.11537 of 2021.
