(2.) By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 312 of 2023 at Police Station Kasimabad, District Ghazipur under Ss. 376, 506 IPC and Sec. 67 of I.T. Act. The applicant is in jail since 23/11/2023.

(3.) The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 21/12/2023.
