JUDGEMENT

(1.) Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.

(2.) Heard Sri Awadhesh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record.

(3.) This is the third bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first one was rejected by the Co-ordinate Bench (Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sudhir Agarwal) of this Court vide order dtd. 13/8/2019 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.44338 of 2017. Subsequently, the second bail application was also rejected by this Court vide order dtd. 13/1/2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.37679 of 2020 and the following order was passed:-
