JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Shri Anil Kumar Mishra, who has appeared for the petitioner Arun Kumar Srivastava arrayed as respondent No.4 in connected writ petition No.10286 of 2010.

(2.) SHRI Mishra submits that the respondent No.4 Smt. Pushpa Nishad has encroached upon certain land which is reserved as Green Belt under the Master Plan. Consequently, such encroachment deserves to be removed.

(3.) A representation was filed on 18.11.2009 by the petitioner praying for demolition of the constructions of the respondent No.4 and having failed to get any response, the present writ petition was filed and was taken up on 21.1.2010 by a Division Bench of this Court. Dasti notices were issued for service on the respondents.
