(1.) HEARD Sri R.K. Ojha, senior counsel assisted by Sri Akhilesh Kumar Singh for the appellant and Sri S.K. Rai, appearing for the respondents. Perused the record.

(2.) THE present special appeal challenges the judgment and order dated 29.10.2013 passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 59679 of 2013, Smt. Shashi Singh Vs. Union of India and others. The order is short one and for appreciation of the facts is reproduced herein under :

(3.) THE letter dated 27.7.2013 referred in the impugned judgment issued by Deputy Inspector General, C.R.P.F. Group Centre, Allahabad, states that pursuant to the letter dated 22.7.2013 typing test on computer software would not be taken between 31.7.2013 to 1.8.2013. The letter dated 27.7. 2013 is quoted below:
