WRIT - A No. - 75780 of 2005 has been filed by Vinod Kumar Kudesiya, against the order of District Inspector of School, Etah, dated 28.11.2005, granting 'Selection Grade' in the pay scale of L.T. Grade to Anar Singh, who was initially appointed in C.T. Grade, in Avinashi Sahay Arya, Inter College, Etah.
