JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Shri Rakesh Chandra Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Dinesh Kumar Dubey, learned Standing Counsel for the State -respondents.

(2.) BOTH the petitioners are present in the Court and they have been identified by their learned counsel. Both the petitioners appear to be major.

(3.) IN paragraph no.7 of the petition it is stated that the petitioner no.1 is major and her date of birth is 17.5.1992 as per family register, a copy of which has been filed as Annexure -3. In paragraph no.9 of the petition it is stated that the petitioner no.2 is also major and his date of birth is 5.2.1992 as per High School marksheet, a copy of which has been filed as Annexure -4. In paragraph -8 of the petition it is stated that both the petitioners have solemnised the marriage on 4.10.2014 as per Hindu rites and rituals at Arya Samaj, Krishna Nagar , Prayag, a copy of certificate issued by Arya Samaj has been filed as Annexure -2.? In paragraph no.14 it is stated that no FIR has been lodged against the petitioners till date and the petitioners have married with each other by their own free will.
