JUDGEMENT

(1.) COUNTER affidavit filed by the State today is taken on record.

(2.) HEARD Sri Amit Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

(3.) INITIALLY a report was lodged by the mother of the victim stating that her minor daughter had been lured away on 8.10.2012 at about 5:00am by Shanti Devi, Hemraj, Kusum, Ram Babu and Vishal etc. and that the victim has also taken away considerable amount of money and jewellery at time of her departure but during the course of investigation, victim was recovered on 16.10.2012 at about 8:30pm in the company of accused -applicant Deepak and his companions on the prior informatiion furnished by the informer. The prosecution further alleges that some jewellery, articles and some cash were also recovered at that time.
