JUDGEMENT

(1.) This criminal appeal is directed against the judgment and order of the District and Sessions Judge, Kanpur Dehat dated 04.05.1995 passed in Sessions Trial No. 352 of 1994.

(2.) Under the judgment and order in appeal the accused appellants Shri Ram and Ramesh have been convicted of an offence under Section 302 IPC read with Section 34 IPC and have been sentenced to life imprisonment.

(3.) The prosecutions case is as follows:-
