JUDGEMENT

(1.) SRI Zaffar Abbas, learned counsel for the complainant has filed his power, which is taken on record.

(2.) HEARD Sri Rajesh Singh, learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Zaffar Abbas, learned counsel for the complainant and Sri Faiz Husnain, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State.

(3.) IT has been contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that applicant no.1 is the wife of deceased, whereas applicant nos. 2 and 3 are in -laws of the deceased. He further submits that the deceased who was husband of applicant no.1 committed suicide. As per the prosecution case and suicide notice itself, it cannot be said that it were the applicants who have abetted? the deceased to commit suicide.The applicants has no other reported criminal antecedent. The applicants are in jail since 15.3.2014.
