JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri Daya Shankar Mishra and Sri Kumar Ashutosh, learned counsels for the appellant/applicant -Taiyyab and Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for N.C.B. on second bail prayer of the applicant -Taiyyab.

(2.) THE appellant/applicant Hafij Afjal has already been released as he has served out the sentence conferred upon him by the trial court. Thus, the bail prayer on his behalf has become infructuous.

(3.) THE first bail application of the applicant -Taiyyab was rejected by this Court vide order dated 7.10.2010 with the direction to dispose of the appeal expeditiously.
