JUDGEMENT

(1.) SINCE both the afore -captioned applications under section 482 Cr.P.C. have been filed with the same prayer to quash the charge sheet in Case Crime No.27174 of 2013, under sections 406 and 420 IPC, PS Kavi Nagar, district Ghaziabad, hence, they are being taken up together for disposal.

(2.) HEARD Shri G.S. Chaturvedi, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Shri Samit Gopal, learned counsel for the applicants, Shri Sunil Singh and Shri Ramesh Kumar, learned counsel for opposite party No. 2 and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
