JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.

(2.) BY means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to quash the impugned order dated 05.01.2001 passed by the Collector, Shrawasti (annexure No. 1).

(3.) THE present writ petition had been entertained by this Court vide order dated 13.02.2001 had stayed the recovery in the matter.
