(1.) We have heard Sri Jitendra Kumar Srivastava and Sri Ajay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the plaintiff-appellant.

(2.) Notice need not be issued to defendant-respondents in view of the order being passed hereunder.

(3.) This First Appeal From Order under Order XLIII Rule 1 (r) C.P.C. has been filed against the order dated 07.11.2013 passed on temporary injunction application paper no.6C filed in Suit No.85 of 2013 (Arun Kumar Singh Versus Bachau & Others) by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Varanasi.
