JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, inter -alia praying for following reliefs and amended reliefs: -

(2.) THE petitioner was posted as Field Supervisor in Prathama Bank, Pushwara Branch, District -Rampur was served a charge -sheet dated 3.1.1992. In the charge -sheet, three allegations were made against the petitioner. The petitioner submitted explanation brining all the facts against the charge -sheet on 26.2.1994 imposing the punishment of removal from service.

(3.) THE petitioner moved an appeal against the order dated 26.2.1994 before the respondent no.2 and the same was also rejected vide order dated 6.12.1994. The rejection order has been communicated vide order dated 22.12.1994.
