JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner in this writ petition is seeking quashing of the orders dated 07.012011, Annexure -2 to the writ petition and 31.05.2012, Annexure -5 to the writ petition whereby his salary of the post of Ad hoc Principal has been reduced below that of a regular Principal.

(2.) COUNTER affidavit and rejoinder affidavit have been filed and the supplementary counter affidavit has also been filed.

(3.) HEARD Sri Som Kartik, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2.
