JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a revision under Section 25 the Provincial Small Cause Court Act, 1887 against the judgment and order dated 23 August, 2014 passed by the District Judge as a Small Causes Court in SCC Suit No.1 of 2009 Virendra Prakash Agarwal Vs. Canara Bank and others.

(2.) The court below by the impugned judgment and order has decreed the suit of the landlord for eviction of the tenant from the premises in dispute.

(3.) The suit was instituted on the basis of the notice dated 1.5.2008 by which the tenancy was determined under Section 106 read with Section 111 of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882.
