(3.) THIS criminal revision has been preferred by the revisionists against the judgment and order dated 25.4.2014 passed by Judicial Magistrate, Khurja, Bulandshahr in Case No. 206 of 2013 (Smt. Geeta Devi versus Kamaljeet and others) under sections 452, 354, 323, 504, 506 IPC whereby the application for discharge under section 245(2) Cr.P.C. has been rejected.
