JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Shri Radha Kant Ojha, learned senior counsel assisted by Shri Santosh Kumar Srivastava for the petitioners sand Shri Ajai Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents.

(2.) ALL the above writ petitions involve a common issue, therefore, the same are being heard and decided together.

(3.) THE petitioners who were candidates for Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services, appeared in the preliminary examination held on 26.6.2013. They were not successful in the result of the preliminary examination which was declared on 23.5.2014.
