JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the applicants.

(2.) THE grievance of the applicants is that the opposite parties -contemnors have intentionally and deliberately flouted the order of the Writ Court dated 219.05.2014 passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 27788 of 2014, copy of which order is annexed as Annexure -1 to the affidavit accompanying the application, whereby the writ Court had directed that the applicants are entitled for the same emoluments as they were getting prior to the order dated 24th March 2014.

LEARNED counsel for the applicants contends that the aforesaid order of the Writ Court was duly served upon the opposite parties, as is authenticated by the letter of the opposite party no.2, copy of which is annexed as Annexure -3 to the affidavit accompanying this application. It is thus, contended that the aforesaid order of the writ Court has not been complied with and the opposite party has deliberately flouted the order of the Writ Court.
