JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Mr. Sandeep Dixit and Mr. O.P. Srivastava, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Mr. Virendra Dwivedi, learned counsels for the petitioners as well as Mr. Abhinav N Trivedi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel and perused the record.

(2.) SINCE the controversy is based on the common facts, all the writ petitions are disposed of by following common order.

(3.) CONTROVERSY relates to the appointment on the post of Lab Technician. The Director General, Medical and Health Services, State of U.P., Lucknow issued advertisement dated 10.09.2010 advertising total 119 posts of Lab Technician and 13 post of X -Ray Technician. The petitioners of writ petition no. 2357 (S/S) of 2012 appeared in the test but since no result was declared, they instituted the writ petition being writ petition no. 2357 (S/S) of 2012 for declaration of result.
