JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Shri V.D. Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) NONE has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent in the writ petition which arises out of an objection under Section 20 (1) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act.

(3.) THE objection was filed belatedly by the contesting respondent. The Consolidation Officer (the CO) rejected the objection as barred by time vide order dated 22.3.1975.
