JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS Revision under section 25 of Small Cause Causes Court Act, is preferred by tenant against the judgment and order dated 20.2.2014 passed by the Additional District Judge, Kanpur Nagar whereby he has rejected application of the tenant under Order IX Rule 7 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) and other applications.

(3.) THE revisionist is a tenant of shop no. 6 situate in the basement of House No. 119/95 -A, Bamba Road, Darshapurwa, Kanpur Nagar. Previously her husband, Ravi Jaiswal was the tenant of the said shop at the rate of Rs. 1400/ - per month excluding other charges such as Air Conditioning and Electric Charges. The husband of the revisionist unfortunately died at the age of 30 years. The revisionist inherited the tenancy of the shop in question alongwith her minor son. The respondent no.1 Indrajeet Singh and his son respondent no.2 S. Raminder Singh are the landlord of the said shop.
