(1.) We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for respondents no. 1 to 3 and perused the petition and its enclosures.

(2.) The petitioner has invoked the extra ordinary jurisdiction of the Court under Article 226 of Indian Constitution to seek the following reliefs:
