JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS second appeal is preferred against the judgment dated 24.5.1996 passed by VIIIth Additional District Judge, Azamgarh in Appeal No.80 of 1991 arising out of order dated 4.2.1991 passed by VIIth Additional Munsif, Azamgarh in O.S. No.416 of 1982.
