JUDGEMENT

(1.) The special appeal has been filed after a delay of 129 days as reported by the reporting Section.

(2.) We deem it appropriate in the interest of justice to condone the delay. The delay is, accordingly, condoned.

(3.) The special appeal arises from a decision of the learned Single Judge dated 26 May 2014. In the writ petition, which was dismissed by the impugned order of the learned Single Judge, the appellants sought the following reliefs:
